Live data: this page reads the latest published export from Firebase, so anyone with the link sees the current picture without a file. Loading a CSV previews it for you only — click Publish to make it live for everyone.
Refeed vs purchase: the two modes are split by units, not by SKU. If a size needs 10 and only 4 exist anywhere, 4 show under Refeed and 6 under Purchase — the same size can legitimately appear in both, and the number on each screen is only the part that applies to that action.
Reading a size tile: the big number is how many units to move (or buy) for that size. In refeed mode the line under it is what the supply location currently holds of that size — shown in red when it holds none, which means those units are coming laterally from another branch. Hover any tile for on-hand, minimum and the full breakdown.
Branches: locations are detected from the export's column headers, so any branch your ERP adds later appears here automatically with no change to this file.
Allocation: when several branches need the same SKU, supply stock is allocated largest-need-first rather than promised to everyone. Anything left is matched against surplus at other branches, and only the true remainder is flagged for purchase.
Note: ohqty − min is recalculated here; the ERP column reports 0 whenever no minimum is set, even with stock on hand. Non-product rows (Discount, Gift-Coupon, Invoice Credit Note, Loyalty Benefit, Tips, Unknown Product) are excluded.
